About our products

We sell new, used, and refurbished appliances and related goods. Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, items are sold as-is in their described condition. We describe items as accurately as we can; please review the listing details and inspect items at pickup.

Reservations and payment

• Placing an order on this website creates a reservation that holds the item for you — it is not an online purchase.
• Payment is made in person at pickup. We do not charge cards online.
• Reservations are held for a limited time. If the hold expires before pickup, the item may be released and made available to others. Contact us if you need more time and we will do our best to extend your hold.
• We confirm reservations and appointments by email when an address is provided.

Pricing & availability

Prices and availability are shown in real time and may change. Because our inventory is also listed on eBay, an item can occasionally sell on another channel at nearly the same moment. If an item you reserved is no longer available, we will notify you and cancel the reservation at no cost to you. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors.

eBay listings

Many of our items are cross-listed on eBay. Purchases made through eBay are governed by eBay's terms, payment processing, and the return policies shown on that listing.

Pickup & appointments

Except where a specific written warranty is provided for an item, all products are sold as-is without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
