Pickup Policy

Pickup only — no shipping

We do not ship. All orders — whether reserved through our website or purchased on eBay — are pickup only. There are no exceptions.

Local pickup by appointment

After reserving online, contact us to schedule a pickup appointment. We have two locations — each product listing shows which location holds that item, and you can filter the shop by location.

• Tiffin, IA — 100 Greenfield Dr Unit A, Tiffin, IA 52340
• Marion, IA — address confirmed when appointment is scheduled

We are open 7 days a week by appointment. Use the appointment form on our contact section or call us to set a time. Payment is completed in person at pickup.

Reservation holds

Reserving online holds your item for a limited time. If you need a later pickup date, let us know and we will do our best to extend the hold. Unclaimed reservations may be released after the hold expires.

eBay orders

Items listed on our eBay store are also pickup only. When purchasing via eBay, contact us immediately after purchase to arrange your pickup appointment at whichever of our two locations holds the item. No shipping will be provided.
