Inspect before you pay

Because reservations are paid in person at pickup, we encourage you to fully inspect and test your item before completing payment. Our team is happy to demonstrate functionality and answer questions at the time of pickup.

As-is sales

New, used, and refurbished appliances are sold in their described condition. Once an item has been paid for and picked up, sales are final unless the item is covered by a specific written warranty provided at the time of sale, or unless otherwise required by law.

Defects

If an item covered by a stated warranty develops a covered defect, contact us promptly at the phone or email below and we will work with you on a repair, exchange, or refund as applicable to that warranty.

Reservations (unpaid)

You can cancel an unpaid reservation at any time before pickup at no cost — just let us know, or simply allow the hold to expire.

eBay purchases

Items bought through our eBay listings follow the return policy shown on that eBay listing and are handled through eBay's resolution process, not this page.
