Do I pay when I reserve online?

No — reserving an item on our website does not charge you anything. It simply holds the item for you. Payment is made in person at pickup. We accept cash, card, and most common payment methods.

How long is my reservation hold?

Holds are typically kept for a limited window while we contact you to confirm your pickup appointment. If you need more time, just call or email us — we're happy to extend your hold whenever possible.

Where do I pick up my item?

We have two Iowa locations:

Tiffin (primary): 100 Greenfield Dr Unit A, Tiffin, IA 52340
Marion: 795 Tower Terrace Rd, Marion, IA 52302

Your confirmation will tell you which location has your item. We are appointment only — please do not show up without scheduling first.

Do you ship?

No. All items are pickup only from one of our two Iowa locations. There is no shipping or delivery, including for items listed on our eBay store.

What if the item looks different than expected when I see it?

We describe every item as accurately as we can, but you are always welcome to inspect it before paying. If something isn't what you expected, simply let us know and we won't charge you — we want you to leave happy.

What does "Scratch & Dent" mean?

"Scratch & Dent" items are fully functional but have visible cosmetic damage — scratches, dents, scuffs, or similar marks. They work normally; the blemishes are cosmetic only. These are priced below comparable units in better cosmetic condition.

How do I schedule a pickup appointment?

After you reserve an item, we'll reach out by phone or email to set a time. You can also contact us directly through the website or call (352) 222-0777 to get on the schedule. We're available 7 days a week by appointment.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

No problem — just get in touch as soon as you can and we'll reschedule. If we're unable to reach you after multiple attempts and your hold expires, the item may be released back to available inventory.

Are your used appliances tested?

Yes. We inspect and test used appliances before putting them up for sale. Each item's condition is listed on its product page. Items sold "For Parts / As-Is" are exceptions — those are described as untested or non-functional and priced accordingly.

Can I see an item before I reserve it?
